Plan various fundraising events for Cancer charity.

Planned and organized campus-wide events by scheduling and coordinating committee meetings. Delegated event tasks and assignments to event committees and event leaders, assisted in creating weekly agendas and assumed responsibility for the overall success of events. • Acquired and selected event leaders and educated them on the logistics, requirements, safety concerns, responsibilities, scheduling, positioning, budgeting, prizes, marketing needs, audio/video needs and the setup and cleanup of events.• Prepared and provided binders, agendas, event scripts, forms and other instructions to event leaders, other executive board members, committee members, volunteers and the RecBoard advisor.• Established a system of organization for all behind-the-scenes aspects of events management.
