I am a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteer, I advocate on behalf of a child or children removed from their homes and placed in foster care due to abuse, neglect, or abandonment by their parents or primary caregiver. A Family Court judge appointed my role to advocate for a foster child's best interest in the Family Court.

Serve as the President of the Board of Trustees of Literacy Volunteers of Essex and Passaic Counties, Inc. Our organization serves the needs for Basic Literacy and ESOL for adult learners throughout Essex and Passaic Counties. Our organization serves several hundred adult learners per year through deploying volunteer tutors. We target advancing students up to fourth grade reading level beginning at no or extremely low levels of literacy in English.

Led in the strategic development and life cycle management of the Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR), Suspicious Transaction Activity Reporting (STAR) and Watch List Filtering (WLF) Products.

Led strategy and development of strategic solutions globally within Unified Communications Vertical for Room Based Collaboration e.g., Video Conferencing, Digital Media Streaming, Digital Signage and IPTV portfolios. Activities included defining customer needs, defining and implementing technology roadmap and managing P&L. Managed ongoing development activities using Agile.• Cost avoidance of $3M in development of a transformed Video Conferencing service by gaining an in-depth understanding of customer needs using customer experience journey mapping techniques applied from in-depth customer interviews and prioritization of features.• Developed business case and project managed the pilot of transformed Room Collaboration solutions with Skype native registered endpoints (Surface Hub and StarLeaf) to replace over 400 existing conference rooms globally.• Developed and deployed “Credit Suisse Video, an innovative digital streaming solution that allows Credit Suisse staff to watch as well as create video content and maintain video libraries similar to a "Credit Suisse You Tube". Over 400 hundred users have produced over 700 videos and recorded broadcasts from “Town Halls” to training series on technical and business topics.• Initiated Product portfolio into Agile Development process in cooperation with Engineering implementing JIRA and Sprints to manage prioritization and resource deployment for Product development and enhancement. Pipeline capacity for development was increased by 20%.• Led annual negotiations with over 12 vendors e.g., Cisco, Polycom and BT saving over 1.0M annually in maintenance fees.

Directed the design and implementation of the Product Costing and Charging Process to Business Lines consuming Technology Infrastructure Products and for ongoing Governance of the program.• Governed product costing process for over 80 infrastructure products and 300+ options including the annual planning and mid-year costing and pricing processes. Delivered Infrastructure Business Plan 30 days earlier than previously for 2014 with increased transparency and pricing stability.• Significantly raised the client satisfaction and eliminating all business line leadership escalations regarding the costing and charging process. Improvements achieved through the design and implemented of an enhanced Costing and Charging Governance process to bring focus to Strategic opportunities and issues impacting Costing and Charging while maintaining financial and operational controls over practice.• Reduced time to market by 5% through the development and deployment of the Technology Infrastructure Services (TIS) Product Catalog. This serves as an “information gateway” for all Infrastructure products and pricing information with linkages to ordering and provisioning for Technology Infrastructure Products and Services.
