During my time as a teaching assistant at UOIT I was responsible for leading a group of students (up to 60) in labs, while ensuring that safe lab practices were upheld, and that the students were understanding the content being taught. I was also responsible for dealing with students on a one-on-one basis when they needed help, or if there was a dispute over a mark. This required me to be unbiased and fair in my marking of the students.
