Jordan is an entrepreneur and founder of two digital start-ups - HOMY and ASEMPLY. He also runs his own strategy consulting company JKG Advisory serving clients in the energy, telecommunication and high-tech sectors across Europe. Prior he served as Senior Advisor and Head of the Oil and Energy Practice of Roland Berger for Russia and CIS.He is former CEO of the Bulgarian Energy Holding, the largest, state-owned energy company in Bulgaria, which manages and controls all state assets in electricity generation (hydro, nuclear, thermal power plants), transmission networks (both gas and electricity), gas trading and lignite coal mining. He was one of the youngest industry executives in CEE, responsible for more than 20.000 employees and consolidated revenues above 3 bn EUR. In this function he was involved in some of the largest energy infrastructure projects in CEE, including multi-national negotiations with industry peers in CEE and Middle East, regional and EU regulators in Brussels. He was also board member of several energy and telecommunication companies.Before taking on the CEO function, Jordan has been with top-tier strategy consulting company Roland Berger for more than five years, leading numerous projects in Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Germany, Russia in the energy, telecom, financial services and healthcare sectors. He was three times nominated for the Roland Berger Challenge Club - The Top 50 Roland Berger Consultants worldwide.Prior to Roland Berger, Jordan was with UNISYS Corporation in Vienna, US-based global provider for IT services, software and technology, where he led numerous projects implementing IT System Management and Service Desk processes and software solutions.In his earlier career, Jordan worked at the Austrian financial service provider OeKB, which supports the national economy with a variety of services.Jordan is also experienced speaker and moderator and requested guest lecturer, e.g. at the Executive Academy of the University of Economics and Business. He is also founder and board member of several non-profit associations.
