Plans and manages acquisitions to procure propulsion systems for the Columbia and Virginia Class submarine fleet in support of the Advanced Propulsor Management Program Office. Facilitates the execution of market research and request for information for the development of future requirements. Solicits and evaluates proposals for sole source and competitive contracts and performs analysis of proposals for cost reasonableness and technical worthiness in response to Government Statements of Work; prepares recommendations for award, and documents reasons for decisions. Performed analysis of bid and proposals for cost reasonableness and technical worthiness in response to Government Statements of Work; preparing recommendations for award, and documenting reasons for decisions. Prepared and coordinated the proper documentation for acquisition and solicitation processes and conducted assessment of vendors past performance on prime contracts and major subcontracts in delivering requirements.

Developed and implemented long-term acquisition and sustainment plans for the United States Army's Communications-Electronics Command's (CECOM), Integrated Logistics Support Center. Directed acquisition planning, distribution management, integrated material management, procurement direction, requirements computation, and material release program support for the Communications Security Logistics Activity - Inventory Control Point and for the highly visible AN/PVS-7/14 Night Vision weapons system. Provided business advice in the planning and execution of pre-award and post-award functions. Analyzed, coordinated, and executed the logistics support activities for the components of the AN/VIC-3 vehicular intercom system. Performed all facets of supply management, including requisitioning, receiving, cataloging, storage, and disposal for the AN/VIC-3 weapon system.
