-Lead Hot Rods in all creative needs such as print and digital, social media, video and more-Implement first internal video broadcast of games to all televisions on the property-Lead creatively on rebranding of the team-Manage game day production, hire and train game day staff, and maintain press box and all equipment

-Run broadcast board, maintain network feed and coordinate remote broadcasts.-Troubleshoot any problems that occur during production and ensure all content abides by FCC policies.

-Create digital ads, online graphics, team video, and any necessary media for the organization.-Write game recaps, player bios, various scripts, articles and highlights.-Work game-day production in a variety of roles including graphics, technical directing, stat logging, and other tasks. -Regularly use Adobe Creative Suites (After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere, Soundbooth) to create media assets. -Manage and organize media including highlights, interviews, photographs, and other material. -Contribute ideas and new ways to promote the team and generate additional media coverage.

-Maintain relationships with several clients by assisting in the physical and digital bulk licensing process.-Assist in onboarding new clients by completing all licensing facets of the project before a specified deadline.-Handle large amounts of data in Excel and other various programs. -Complete projects on specified timelines by creating and implementing the most efficient methods to do so.

-Manage mailroom tasks and perform daily duties including: mailing out time sensitive documents, tracking expenses and labor for clients, keeping supplies stocked and orderly, and maintain smooth workflow in the mailroom. -Assist the data management, licensing department, and numerous others in various projects.

-Reception duties including: answering phones, greeting guests, and maintaining various schedules and client relationships.-Assisting various departments in outside projects.-Office manager duties including: supply orders, event coordination, and numerous administrative tasks.

-Assisted the Creative and Label Services Department in day-to-day tasks involved in the record label and music publishing business including: working with distributors, radio, and band management, digital organization, song deliveries and publishing splits, scouting of songwriters and artists, and everything involved in the release of an album. -Compiled and organized metadata for new releases, and delivered metadata and assets to distributors.-Attended multiple concerts every week for both work and myself, which allowed for many unique experiences and learning opportunities. -Involved in meetings and conference calls regularly that discussed new releases, artist signings, and workflow matters. -Regularly used Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Photoshop to complete various projects.-Measured and tracked the progress of artists using Nielsen Soundscan, Mediabase, and other services.
