While completing my 88 days of rural work for my second working holiday visa i worked within the banquets department as i had good knowledge of the department cause of working at the Sheraton Hotel. Events here included weddings small mini events such as the Rabbitohs Team Meeting ahead of their NRL game, Torisum tropical north Queensland Business event, Breakfast business leaders meeting with VIP guest the treasure of Queensland and many other local events as well.I completed my 88 days and Returned to Sydney in September on a COVID visa

First worked at Sheraton Grand when I first arrived in Australia working in the Banquets Department within the food and beverage department. working with an already established team working in small and large Coporate events such as CITI Bank Conference, UBS Conference and many other meetings working VIP events such as the after party of the carols in the domain programme in December. Working Wedding receptions hosted by the hotel as well. Also working in other F&B outlets such as in room dining and Feast Restaurant breakfast and dinner services.In April I left to head to Cairns to Complete my 88 days of Rural work so i can apply for my Second Working Holiday Visa

I started at tesco in November 2017 and got made permanent on December 26th 2017. In my first store in Havant I worked as a trolley pusher which was helping to collect customer trolleys and making sure all the customers was able to have one for their shopping and that was the same when collecting all the shopping baskets as well.From then I moved to the store in ryde on the Isle of Wight in 2018 which my next role was working on the checkouts and serving customers and putting their shopping through and making sure they had a good experience which including chatting to them and having an smile on my face I’m September of 2018 I became the Instore greeter which was standing at the front of the store greeting customers and helping them with any enquires they had or if they needed help with shopping. At the same time I was helping the stores community champion with fundraising and events I did a lot of that at school so anything to do with charity I was very happy toHelp From then I learnt the self scan and scan as you shop checkouts which was the high tech checkouts which customers used to have an speedy service in and out and also with the hand scanners they were good as customers could use them to see how much they spent on food.From then I went to the Petrol station and learnt how to help serve petrol to customers how to make sure the forecourt was safe and legal and if any issues occurred how I could deal with it their would only be me and one other.Then after I learnt how to be team support which was supporting the chasiers on the checkouts and offering support and answering calls if they wanted something for a customer with this I learnt how the cash officer worked dealing with money which had come from the checkouts and also serving cigarettes and lottery from the customer service desk as well.While at tesco I also did an level 2 apprenticeship in retail which I got An distinction in which is rather good in getting an qualification within the store
