As an experienced law enforcement professional, I bring a strong commitment to public service, community safety, and organizational improvement. Recently holding the role of Acting Sergeant with the Greater Sudbury Police Service (GSPS), my career reflects a strong dedication to both professional growth and community support. I am actively involved in various secondary assignment and committees, where I leverage my skills in leadership, managment, and continuous improvement to drive positive outcomes.Throughout my career, I have embraced opportunities to lead and mentor others. Serving as a Police Training Officer and Field Intelligence Officer has allowed me to cultivate skills in coaching, mental health support, and policy development. I am passionate about fostering a supportive environment for team members and have taken a proactive role in addressing issues related to mental health, safety, and overall well-being within the organization.My academic journey complements my field experience. Currently working toward an MBA with a specialization in Finance (expected completion February 2025), I have also earned a Graduate Certificate and Diploma in Management. These qualifications, alongside courses in criminal intelligence, leadership, diversity, and emerging threats, provide a robust foundation for my contributions to public service and strategic organizational development.Beyond my professional role, I am actively engaged in community work, serving on the Board of Directors for Meals on Wheels Sudbury and supporting vulnerable populations through affordable meal delivery services.
