When it comes to working, I am all about capitalizing on opportunities and saying yes to new and challenging adventures. This mindset started in high school, where a conversation with friends turned into a very profitable Yu-Gi-Oh! business and flying out to Chicago to train to become a full-time insurance agent before I turned 20. After exploring other career interests and substitute teaching for 4 years through college, I eventually found myself where I am now. I am a Mathematics Teacher at East Jessamine High School. I love working with students, as it allows me to blend my expertise in Mathematics with my ability to create meaningful, life-changing relationships with those around me. The latter inclination has lead me to also pursue a Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.With that being said, I am looking currently for a new opportunity in the Mathematics Education realm. My wife and I are moving cities, so I would love the to find a Remote Position as a teacher, curriculum designer, education director, or something similar!
