Co-Founded Mtn Ops with Casey Harbertson and Joel Pilcher in 2014 (After selling and exiting ZuluSix, our marketing firm). I personally oversaw and developed the vision, brand, marketing, strategy, products, events, e-commerce and customer experience for 7 years with my brother Casey. We assembled the most strategically disruptive marketing team and revolutionized the outdoor hunting industry through our brand, community, and products becoming the category leader in outdoor performance for hunting & fishing in less than 8 months. Through our teams innovative and disruptive approach we launched the industry's most successful direct to consumer e-commerce brand. Through our teams industry changing & pioneering efforts we shortly established the company as the leader in outdoor performance & nutrition creating a new lifestyle category in the space. In 2 years we opened up new product categories in major retailers (Cabelas, Sportmans Warehouse, Scheels). Forever changing the way that outdoor nutrition is distributed through big box stores. Casey Harbertson and I lead the company from zero to 1 million in revenue within the first year and multi-millions by year two and beyond (zero debt & zero capital ever raised). After successfully building the company to 8 figures in less than 5 years we positioned the company for a partial acquisition. In August of 2020 we sold a majority stake and partnered with Norwest Venture Partners who has since helped up reach new milestones and been a great capital partner. Our team at Mtn Ops is taking the company to tremendous heights continuing to lead and conquer the market. Mtn Ops is currently valued north of 9 figures and continuing to dominate with explosive growth.My role as CEO over those 7 years was to impact the business strategically by infusing energy into every facet of the brand I touched. I'm deeply proud of what we built. And I am immensely excited for where our company is heading.

Merged Harbertson Design + Pilcher Design & Co-founded this company with Casey Harbertson & Joel Pilcher. We Merged our previous companies to combined skills & talents to offer clients a complete suite of services in digital marketing, e-commerce, and strategy to help them build their brands and elevate their growth and capture more market share. We grew the company for over a year and then sold it to Adcentives West Promotions after we launched our own brand Mtn Ops.

Founded this marketing agency with my brother Casey Harbertson in 2010. It started in the basement of our duplex in Farmington, UT.
