Starting off as a Resource Consultant, I was responsible for sourcing and selecting candidates for a range of IT roles, using a variety of search methods. I am now managing the end-to-end recruitment process for some of Spring Technology's key corporate clients, ensuring that the delivery and full process is managed efficiently, matched to the client's needs, whilst still sourcing and managing candidate expectations.
