I have a BS in Sport and Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina, where I learned the fundamentals of the sport and entertainment industry, including marketing, finance, law, and event management. I currently work as a Player Experience Specialist at PENN Interactive, one of the leading online gaming companies in the US, where I communicate with players and guests via phone calls, live chat, and emails, and provide comprehensive information on the various mobile wagering platforms and retail casino properties.In my role, I resolve 80-120 inquiries daily, ranging from technical issues, account verification, promotions, and responsible gaming. I also contributed to the internal transition from the Barstool Sportsbook to the brand-new ESPN BET Wagering Platform, which involved testing, training, and feedback.
