I provided customized supplementary English lessons to school-aged children in China through an online platform. I individually tailored my approaches to each student based on their performance in class and assessed their skill level and areas for improvement. My role also included resolving technical issues, time and daily class management all while keeping a calm demeanor and providing consistent excellent service to the students. I also was involved in communicating and assessing the educational needs of the students to the parents and learning partners through concise feedback given to the parents after every lesson. I further built and maintained relationships with my students to ensure growth of their confidence and belief in their skills in speaking and understanding English. I successfully retained many of the same customers/students for more than two years. During my time as an ESL Tutor I maintained a consistent 99% approval rating from parents/students from 4756 classes and 1038 students.
