As the Director of Human Resources at Team Modern, a wholesale distributor, I am responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, performance management, training, compliance, and strategic planning. I have more than seven years of experience in leading and supporting HR initiatives that align with the company's vision, mission, and values. I also oversee/manage the Safety program at Team Modern.I collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to foster a culture of greatness, caring, accountability, and continuous improvement.
