- Responsible for leading and executing business development/consultative sales activities for all supply chain products and services to customers within the central region by collaborating with core sales, pricing, operations, and legal teams.- Analyze customers' needs, craft tailored strategies utilizing O&M’s supply chain programs and services to address these needs- Partner with core distribution vice presidents, area directors, and enterprise sales teammates to develop and implement holistic supply chain strategies for central region and national customers - Analyze financial data to make sound recommendations to customers to assist them in taking cost out of the supply chain while ensuring internal profitability and margin goals- Create and foster relationships with the management of healthcare provider organizations to become a trusted adviser when discussing supply chain pain points

- Conduct assessments to determine viability of program/services and other process improvement opportunities at over 20 customers. This includes a walkthrough of the facility, writing an assessment report with documentation of current-state with process maps, future-state recommendations, and areas in which Owens & Minor can assist (Examples can be provided upon request)- Manage and lead 5 FTEs including the three-person data/analytics team, one sales teammate, and one intern.- Manage customer engagements and projects including warehouse, storeroom, and OR redesigns, 5S kaizen events, and standard work development- Utilized as a subject matter expert on the value-based pricing model, process improvement, inventory management, lean/six sigma, and strategy/roadmap development.- Participate in monthly leadership meetings and responsible for managing programs and services pursuit pipeline- Responsible for partnering with the Midwest sales team to participate/facilitate meetings to help identify and scope potential opportunities, as well as, develop O&M – customer supply chain strategies- Developed the former Midwest Supply Chain Transformation Team (SCTT) services and methodologies, as well as, marketing documents including SCTT executive summary, customer onboarding process, targeting programs / services to a customer’s location on the continuum, team member bios, and SCTT house of quality. - Worked closely with the Midwest sales leadership team to develop documentation, presentations, messaging, etc. for pursuits and customer resigns (in addition to participating in the customer meetings)- Developed and manage the new business review presentation and process for top 20 Midwest customers

- Supported the Provider Services & operations team through analytics and on-site support when necessary including non-stock reporting, sales summaries, SKU cross-referencing, drop-ship reporting, returns reporting, fill rate reporting, process mapping, CAD drawings, par optimization, and kanban implementations - Developed and implemented new methodologies, processes, and procedures including a TotalOrder methodology for Sanford Health (which was used as the basis for the new CFE report), Allina operational accuracy dashboard, Sanford dropship, returns, and customer service order intervention dashboards, spatial analysis methodology for North Memorial, and “Selecting the right distributor partner” calculator to demonstrate the value of the O&M channel to pursuits and current customers.- Lead & facilitated Kaizen events and strategy sessions with customers including a two-day Procure-to-Pay Kaizen event for Centegra Health which included value-stream and process mapping activities- Worked on the Allina Health account team on process improvement opportunities including SKU reduction, Care room improvements, and out-of-zone pick reduction
