Led East Coast Pre-Sales for our Professional Services Division at Insight Global as "Director - Managed Services", responsible for:- 35+ New Program Awards- $50m in recognized revenue- Established Enterprise-Wide Sales Process and adoption of new Tools, Technology - Established & Administered Enterprise-Wide Training Process for more than 1,600 Account Managers Overview:The Director of Managed Services (“DMS”) role was created to bridge the gap between internal Insight Global Account Managers and external clients through continuous education and support during the pursuit process. The DMS is responsible for all aspects of the sales process, including systematic prospecting, vetting of opportunities, development of opportunity-specific sales strategy while representing Insight Global core values in pursuits. The DMS is a partner to the field, driving education, awareness and adoption of managed services.
