Received calls and answered question regarding ACT services. Talked with school staff on how to conduct the ACT, how to conduct it online if they are testing online. Provided the highest quality customer service anyone could ask for. Also able to take calls in regards to other products that ACT offers such as the ACT Workkeys.

Set appointments for clients to get their taxes done and educate them on ways to get their refund faster. Make calls to prior clients to have them get their taxes done with their preferred tax pro. Answer any questions they have about our services or time is needed to complete their taxes. Any tax specifics would be handled by their tax pro by email or by phone call. Emailed out to clients who have completed their taxes and get feedback on what could be improved upon. We would also send out refer a friend to encourage our clients of other great benefits such as money in their pockets as well as new clients getting a discount on their taxes.

Answer customers' concerns about their bills, add on coverages for their vehicles, add drivers to policy, and answer all customers questions including advice on coverages on their vehicles. Learned multiple different systems, sold coverage packages, and retain customers. Restarted policies backup for customers who need insurance.

Answer customers' questions and concerns by phone, chat, or by email. Politely and respectfully helps customers with their questions. Talked with students about college and their future such as if they are doing sports or what there major is. Helped with college codes so they can send their scores out to where they would like to attend. And if they are doing sports, where to send their scores for the NCAA and NAIA.
