Jordan Joseph is the lead Director in BDO’s national Transaction Advisory Services SaaS and Technology practice. He has over 12 years of experience in public accounting, providing financial due diligence, assurance, and consulting services to both publicly traded and privately held companies. Jordan’s has experience advising financial and strategic clients on both buy and sell-side engagements. While his focus has been in the technology and software industry, he also has experience overseeing project in the healthcare and manufacturing industries. He has provided advisory, assurance and consulting services related to business combinations, carve-outs, mergers and acquisitions, revenue recognition, and evaluation of internal control structures. Prior to joining BDO’s Transaction Advisory Services group, Jordan was a manager in BDO’s assurance practice, where he led multinational and multi-state audits of public and privately held companies. Jordan has been on foreign assignment in Australia and the UK. During this time, he developed a proficient understanding of international accounting concepts, IFRS accounting principles and UK GAAP.
