CVS Health's General Management Development Program, sponsored by CVS President and CEO Karen Lynch, is a transformative full-time program that cultivates early-in-career talent. Colleagues take part in three 18-month rotational assignments across different enterprise segments. The program encourages a well-rounded experience and business exposure, while creating a unique opportunity for accelerated development of the general management skillset and leadership qualities.

Responsible for supporting customer success and growth strategies to help acquire new customers and shift perception of CVS through brand marketing and activations. Working closely with the marketing leadership team and business partners across the organization, I am responsible for the following:- Business Case & Marketing Plan Development: develop learning agendas and insights required to determine addressable / attainable business opportunity and translate these insights into an effective marketing plan - Consumer and Industry Insights: Proactively self-educate around retail and marketing industry trends to identify best practice opportunities and influence marketing strategies- Contributes to the strategic framework of marketing initiatives and/or campaigns- Responsible for the creation and presentation of tactical marketing briefs for various channel activations and support to internal/external creative and media partners - Execution and Optimization: Partner with internal teams and external vendors & agency partners to help bring brand campaigns and platforms to life, including Enterprise campaigns and Brand & Purpose driven campaigns. This could include things like coordination and execution of photoshoots, integrated campaigns, and activations - Lead the execution of Sports sponsorships, namely the Washington Spirit Sponsorship, by managing internal stakeholders and executing aligned activations and placements in owned channels- Leverage analytics to measure campaign success, support optimization to deliver desired results and partner with brand activation strategy leadership to report brand results and metrics in a coordinated manner

During my rotation within Aetna, a CVS Health Company's Commercial Markets, I supported both the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) segment and the broader Commercial Market Strategy COE, responsible for the following: - Supported segment and market leadership with sales effectiveness tools, strategic planning, and executive-level reporting to streamline business practices and define process management- Internal and client-facing PEO performance reporting dashboard demos, enhancements, and design of new exhibits - Data analysis of member activity to inform account executive product offerings aligned with client needs, including the enablement of Aetna Medicare products to drive Commercial members aging into 65+ to receive coordinated care- Changed and improved fragmented claim file distribution for 400+ groups to protect data integrity

Supported Aetna, a CVS Health Company's Medicare Diversified Distribution Business and Medicare Product and Strategy team in a variety of facets including but not limited to: - Development of first Artificial Intelligent chat bot on Healthspire.com to automate quotes for enrollment- Oversaw Hospice VBID application to CMS, working cross-functionally with leaders from product, legal, government affairs, communications, finance, etc. - Lifecycle campaign messaging focused on retention and referrals- Monthly financial processes including budget, accruals, forecasting, auditing - Internal employee engagement initiatives (led a Communications Committee of 12 sales reps to expand upon soft skills outside their day to day role, managed monthly newsletter to increase organizational awareness, ideated office activities to build team repour)

Career Ambassadors are student leaders who serve fellow students in the Center for Career and Professional Development. Through in-depth training and guidance in professional development, career ambassadors provide peer advising to undergraduate students on career related topics. In addition, they provide a friendly face for both the Michelin Career Center, Clemson University and to all patrons, including employers recruiting on campus during the fall and spring semesters. The career ambassadors not only help peers with items like resumes and cover letters during drop-in hours, but also create resources and initiatives for the Center for Career and Professional Development that are utilized for years to come.

- Created and delivered unique patient experience in a newly opened direct primary care office. - Assisted the program coordinator in overseeing daily operations of the practice and facilitating work flow of providers and staff.- Operated numerous health system platforms and electronic health records (i.e. Epic, Revenue Cycle), gained patient and provider interaction skills, and received hands-on experience with the innovative practice of direct primary care. - Exposure to new business operations, marketing tactics, training in google analytics, budgeting and financing, and sales.
