The Your Mission Possible Foundation seeks to place a Project Management tool in the hands of nonprofits to improve workflow, performance measurement, and sustainability in nonprofits.‍This is accomplished through direct grants to organizations that are provided through a grant application process and local pitch competitions.‍100% of donations go directly to nonprofits that are seeking sustainable change in how we approach fundraising in nonprofit organizations.

As a result, nonprofits have had to focus more intently on fundraising, which takes valuable resources away from your mission. Support all fundraising activities with a focus on increasing support from corporations, foundations and major gifts. Write and design all fundraising materials including Year End Appeals, Website Appeals, and Major Events. Oversee research funding projects, including writing proposals and inquiries, and ensures all materials and deadlines are met. Oversaw $1,200,000 in fundraising goals.

Support all fundraising activities with a focus on increasing support from corporations, foundations and individuals. Research funding projects, including writing proposals and inquiries, and ensures all materials and deadlines are met. Manage all fundraising events; Report to the Board of Directors on development goals; and create communication materials including website content, Enewsletters and additional outreach.

Supervised up to 9 programs to recover food and redistribute to local nonprofits across the US. Responsibilities included: budgeting, fundraising, and coalition building. Also assisted in managerial tasks of the national organization; served as the lead trainer for the organization, developed key national programs (work force development, volunteer management systems etc.), organized online fundraising program, served as direct supervisor of for nationally staffed programs.Prior to becoming a Program Manager I Acted as New Site Development Manager through August of 2009; opened 16 new programs in 18 months (133% increase) and coordinated all funding, publicity and business partnerships for new programs.

Responsible for all non-contract fundraising for the organization; including grant writing/reporting, spring/winter appeals, annual fundraising event and management of individual giving. Organized all volunteer activities (dinner program, clothing program, eye clinic and phone and mail services), as well as in-kind donation coordination.
