I graduated with my MA in Art History from the University of Texas at Austin in May 2023. My thesis was titled "Per Kirkeby, Captive of Painting: How Geology Becomes Animated in Painting and Film." The thesis investigated how Kirkeby translated geology and its aesthetics into site-specific murals and film works. I received my BA in the History of Art from the University of Florida in May 2020. There, I minored in Sustainability Studies. I also wrote an honors thesis considering Vincent Van Gogh and "madness," through the works of Antonin Artaud and Alain Resnais. I am currently working at UT's School of Advertising and Public Relations as an Administrative Associate and Internship Coordinator.
