• Sourcing candidates using ATS (JobDiva), Job portals (Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice and Beyond) and Professional Network (LinkedIn).
• Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline.
• Checking updates in VMS (Beeline, Fieldglass and peopleFluent) on submitted candidates for shortlists, rejections, interviews and offers.
