Successfully planned and hosted an annual conference for over 150 female-identifying CEGEP and high school students, to educate and inspire them to pursue a career in a STEM related field. Delegated tasks to and managed a team of 5 coordinators, while also handling financial oversight.

Collaborated with a team to plan the POWE conference in 2021 and 2022 to introduce over 150 female-identifying high school and CEGEP students to engineering.Specifically handled the logistics of the conference, such as arranging catering, contacting volunteers and delegating tasks to them.

• Developed and tested high-density fluid formulations for a pumped storage hydropower system, to optimize performance and efficiency, supporting the construction of a large-scale test facility. • Improved data compilation and presentation, specifically enhancing distribution between team members.• Contributed to diverse engineering projects by assisting both Senior and Junior engineers.
