Help customer to arrange and conduct experiments, tests, verifications and validations on our production machine and then review with customers to overcome their product issues. Deal with fabrication supplier on fabrication issues and provide solutions to overcome them.During my employment, I have successfully completed and delivered about 7~8 sets of new conversion kits for 3 different types of our standard machine namely Design New Ionizer Module, Cleaning Module , Improvement Alignment Module and Vacuum Cups Testing Module etcPrepare new 3D machine flow process layout and presentation document for management to propose to customers on their design concepts. Experience in using Solidworks 2021 (software) to design and manage design documents.
