I ran our office's front desk department, managing HR for our student workers, as well as creating professional development workshops for our office. I was also involved in student outreach, working as the liaison for student organizations and academic advisors for LACS. I provided administrative support, scheduling and managing appointments, while answering phone calls and emails. I managed our social media platforms while analyzing usage to increase our audience and engage students.
