Standing out from the rest of the healthcare providers meant developing a strong visual identity, impactful photography, and a supportive clinical culture. Creating inspiring content and maintaining our brand identity as we grew from 1 service area to 22 taught me how to remain flexible and distillour values down to their core essences. I also oversaw and developed the structure of our digital asset library and led our regional teams in designing and opening new learning centers.

Where some saw a space with cookie-cutter content, we saw an opportunity to challenge the status quo. As the team grew into an international brand, I worked to evolve our content from standard coverage to creative and emotional storytelling for social and television audiences. I produced live events, as well as designed and animated videos for Hard Rock Stadium’s gameday experience while collaborating with Corporate Partnerships, Community Outreach, and local businesses on sponsorship material.

As the campus videographer, I connected with various key figures at the institution, including our President, members of the Institutional Advancement staff, and the Public Affairs staff to create video content for the university which helped to promote our mission statement and facilities to the student and the New Haven community.

I have held several different positions within the SCSU Orientation staff. In my first year, I focused on acclimating new and prospective students to our university through icebreakers, various learning sessions and more one-on-one interaction, In my second year and third years, I was promoted to a position as a videographer, wherein I created content that broke down the content and concept of Orientation to parents and students.

I assisted residents with any help they sought and helped to manage and resolve minor issues between residents--but those were just a small part of my position. I also focused on building a strong community within our residence hall and promoting a safe, comfortable, and diverse environment for all students!

On top of learning the various roles and procedures of a film production, I also was given the opportunity to build cameras, control a crane, and even be a camera operator for a scene. I also served as the director's first camera assistant for a roaming camera, setting up shots and changing camera settings--giving me the opportunity to familiarize myself with the Red Camera UI.

I manage and maintain office facilities, the budget, and work closely with the General Manager to create plans of action for continually improving the organization. I also organize live broadcasts and rework our mobile studios utilizing Blackmagic Design technology.

As General Manager, I acted as a liaison between SCSU TV and the Media Board, drawing up budgets for the club, making sure goals were being met, as well as organizing projects for the team members. As General Manager, I strived to promote the station's name more than ever, doing so through different methods of advertisement and taking on a wider array of projects.

As Technical Director, I ensured that the technical team was organized. Through research and assessment, I was able to help enhance the workflow of the station by implementing new technologies. By collaborating with the Programming Director, we were successful in structuring live broadcasts of sporting contests and other campus events.

As one of two Technical Assistants, I was a primary camera operator for many news shows, live broadcasts, and other projects. I also logged and archived footage before editing videos for clients.
