In collaboration with the other members of the Senior Management Team I am responsible for the development, execution, and delivery of organisational policies, strategic goals and projects, and the oversight of governance. I oversee both the Leadership and Representation Office, and the Advice and Advocacy Office, and support the elected Student Officer Team as each office works to provide supports to the UL Student Population and ensure the student voice is successfully represented both nationally, and within the University of Limerick.

-Develop Erasmus+ projects in line with UL’s strategic priorities. These include KA1’s (International Credit Mobility, Blended Intensive Programs, PhD, Faculty, and Staff Mobility), KA2’s (Cooperation among Organisations and Institutions), and KA3’s (Support to Policy Development and Cooperation).-Working with the Erasmus+ Projects Manager in the coordination and administration of Erasmus+ Projects and other funded EU Partnership projects, responsible for the provision of a professional and comprehensive project management service.-Drive increased involvement in the Erasmus+ program, and internationalisation in general, at the university through outreach and program development.

University College Residences

- Independently develop and implement new programs and initiatives to streamline processes and create additional revenue generating opportunities- Conduct detailed analysis of complex data on program efficiency and student learning outcomes to inform program planning activities - Manage all aspects of the Fall/Winter residence recruitment and admissions process- Oversee summer operations to ensure financial targets are met- Design and deliver instructional workshops

Innis College Residence

-Oversee all aspects of the residence admissions and recruitment process-Administer both the annual maintenance and major maintenance budgets, managing these resources to meet the ancillary's priorities-Set and manage the ancillary's operating budget, including monitoring accounts, expense control, identifying cost savings, greater administrative efficiency, and generation of summer revenues, in consultation with the CAO and Dean-Oversee the Office of Student Life's administration and front desk operations, including supervising and training USW casual staff-Manage the outreach and promotion of summer hotelling operations, including preparing promotional material and setting rates

University Of Toronto Scarborough

-Managed all aspects of the residence admissions and recruitment process, maintaining a high level of occupancy in both Fall/Winter and Summer sessions-Oversaw short and long term marketing strategies including the development of online and print materials and event based promotion opportunities-Responsible for frequent reconciliation of deposits and posting of fees in accordance with University financial management policies-Acted as a key point of contact for StarRez on campus

Housing Services

-Assisted students with housing crisis situations-Created promotional material and digital assets for Housing Services' marketing initiatives-Provided technical support to students encountering difficulties with residence applications on both StarRez and MyRes-Created and updated material for the Housing Services website-Ensured website content was AODA compliant-Assisted the Director of Housing Services with the compilation of the department's Annual Report
