With a diverse background that includes managing a private adoption agency as well as running a children’s ministry under the leadership of a Student Pastor while I stayed home part-time with my children, I have now spent the past seven years as an HR Professional managing all aspects of Human Resources and Business Operations for a small business. My work experiences have led me to where I am and have honed my organizational and administration skills. I feel most energized working independently but performing tasks that improve the job functions of others.
