Setting up and breaking down venues for Columbia University athletic events. Organizing large crowds to ensure the safety of athletic events. Assisting visitors to provide a positive guest experience.

Assisted as a member of the Design Operations team in performing project management duties for the Content Design and Video Production teams within Design@Visa; including but not limited to sprint planning, video shoot setup, and evaluation of current intake processes. Worked with other project managers on annual operating planning to determine headcount allocation on different products for the upcoming fiscal year. Created an internal confluence resource instructing Product and Technology teams on how to initiate work with Content Design as a subset of Design@Visa.

Shadowed and assisted members of the Design Operations team in order to gain a greater understanding of the role of Project Managers, how Design Sprints operate, Figma tools, and how Design adds value to a company. Researched and analyzed interviewing and onboarding process within Design in order to create a resource for hiring managers that standardizes and enhances the welcome experience for new hires. One of five interns selected to serve a Social Officer position responsible for organizing and coordinating an event and all associated logistics for 80+ undergraduate interns in the Austin office.

Assist in coaching practices where I lead youth athletes through warmups, drills, and workouts. Attend meets where I help organize warmups before races and give encouragement to athletes. Photograph team events and races. Designed and posted photos and graphics for social media pages.
