About Jordan Maurice

I am a Brooklyn-based designer specializing in lighting and furniture design. Raised in rural Illinois and trained in the industrial Midwest, I bring a humble approach to material use and a deep reverence for the life-cycle of objects. My studio practice, launched in 2015, features pared-down forms that blend complex manufacturing with sculptural simplicity.In addition to my own work, I have gained valuable experience in the design industry, serving as Senior Designer at Matter Made, Intermediate Designer at Yabu Pushelberg, and Designer at Lindsey Adelman. I currently hold the position of Senior Designer at West Elm Kids.
