Being elected by the majority vote of engineering students within QUT for 2025, I will serve as the voice for the students in the engineering faculty to determine legislation and suggest improvements to the university.

Working in the Rollingstock and Signalling Branch as apart of QTMP (Queensland Train Manufacturing Project)

In this role, I have been provided diversity with project involvement and management. My first role was logistical planning, research and implementation of the Leith trams. The key elements involved were 'transformation, urbanisation, community and sustainability.' This spanned January 2022 - January 2023, renovating these spaces into useable public spaces, that incorporate heritage, diversity and future lifestyle of Scotland.Following this project, I have had the responsibility of assisting global organisations with partnering with the government for local events and tasks. Combining practical and course knowledge has led to a deep understanding of logistical management, marketing and consultancy work. My occupational focus evolved during this incredible placement, looking to unite greater communities for my employer. This goal was aided with workshops, seminars and certificates funded by the Government.

My employment journey began as a barista at McDonald's, a after-school job as a barista that soon began my love for management work. At the age of 16, I attended Management Excellence, a training course that is recognised nationally. This found me, running a 20+ team with the responsibility to provide professional, fast and efficient service to thousands of customers daily. These efforts did not go unnoticed, as I soon completed my Certificate IV in Management and my certification as a Department Manager. In this new title, I was responsible for the logistics of multiple businesses, combining my banking knowledge from my second job to bring profit to a multi-million dollar franchise. As I began this role, early after returning to Australia, it allowed me to gain fluency at a early age and understand differences in dialect that I still apply in business today.
