Preparing individual quarterly accounts both for UK and US companies within the group and then compiling them into consolidated accounts including UK, US and European companies.Liaising internally with management surveyors and externally with managing agents over the day to day running of two of our largest investment properties in the UK. I reconcile the VAT on agent incurred expenditure and settle on a quarterly basis both with our agents and also with the HMRC.I am the main point of contact for our properties out in the US, arranging payments, liaising with solicitors, accountants and surveyors.

I am the daily client facing contact in finance for a number of investment clients. I supply monthly, quarterly and bespoke reports in short time frames. I also complete Service Charge year ends, VAT reconciliations, online VAT returns and bank reconciliations.
