About Jordan Mill

My curiosity and empathy has guided my passion for problem-solving. I use human-centered design to help align teams and products with their end users. Years of experience in the retail sphere has helped me to understand people and their needs at an individual level, in a physical space, but also how socio-economic, cultural and environmental influences shape those individuals. During BrainStations UX Design Diploma program I have gone beyond the research and been able to create products and solutions with human needs in mind. I'm excited to continue on my journey from research to design and am open to new opportunities. Through design, I can use my past experience to find research-driven insights and make creative solutions for your clients or company.
