As the Operations Manager at my current workplace, I pride myself on my work ethic. Every day I walk into work with the intention of putting everything I have into every task that comes my way. I like to set the example for others to follow in terms of how hard they should work. If I am not putting 110% into what I am doing, why should they?I believe that a lot of bosses abuse the term “boss”. For a system of workers to function in a healthy way, a boss should not act like a boss. Bosses need to be leaders who treat their workers like teammates. This is the best way to ensure that everyone feels valued and that what they are doing is important. I have a passion for helping others reach their professional goals.
