Youth Worker
Current• Initiate and maintain supportive relationships, assist with goal-setting, and coordinate activities focused on education and life skills.• Respond to emergencies using trauma-informed practices.• Manage case files, write incident reports, complete necessary documentation, and assist with front desk duties and other administrative tasks as needed.• Work collaboratively with other staff to assist youth in identifying attainable short and long-term goals, strategies for meeting these goals, and an action plan for implementation.• Provide information and resources, connecting youths with community services, and teaching them how to advocate for themselves.
