From hardware and software support to systems administration, communications, and mobile device management, I have done it all. Working at Methodist as a Desktop Support Technician, I learned how to provide the best hardware and software support in a fast paced health system environment. Soon after starting at Methodist in 2019, I jumped into the role of Jamf administrator to assist with the transition to remote care during the Covid-19 pandemic. During this time I learned how to independently manage a system of hundreds of Apple devices and worked with management to discover new solutions to provide better care. I started working at DMSi in October 2022. Since starting I have been able to further develop my skills in higher level system management. As an IT Support Specialist at DMSi, I assist with system administration, networking, Zoom management, and information security.
