o Plan, develop, and present programs appropriate for the wellness center in order to increase participation and revenue.o Provide individualized exercise programming, program progression, and monitoring during exercise of physical therapy graduates, cardiac rehabilitation graduates, concierge medicine members, and special populations.o Utilize ACSM guidelines to administer fitness testing services to include sub-maximal and maximal graded tests as well as strength, flexibility, and body composition tests.o Conduct pre- and post-program interviews to determine effectiveness of exercise program and patient satisfaction

o Attain and maintain a thorough working knowledge of each piece of equipment and provide instruction on safe usage to members, as well as providing exercise recommendations to help members reach fitness goals. o Create and present an effective rehabilitation program for members to treat and prevent tennis related injuries.o Utilize ACSM guidelines to perform body composition assessments to assess body fat percentage and perform blood pressure assessment on members.

o Construct and implement individualized exercise programs based on cardiac and pulmonary diagnoses to ensure recovery and improvement in cardiac and pulmonary health.o Monitor in-patient cardiac rehabilitation patients and make relevant diagnoses for incoming patients; provide patient education in the hospital setting.o Effectively operate telemetry and computer documentation equipment for up to 16 patients at once in an out-patient rehabilitation center.o Create education materials and brochures for Memorial Regional Cardiac Rehabilitation to include at-home training guides and the Cancer Recovery program.
