Oversight of manufacturing projects, assisting with throughput goals and process improvement . This internship's day to day tasks were addressing engineering requests and managing methods to solve problems on a multidimensional front. These task generally required coordinating with multiple teams to ensure all aspects of the problem are covered and finally putting forth a resolution that benefits the manufacturing process as well as the operators.

Shadowing process engineers in the manufacturing field, this included writing purchase orders as well as complex fixture design. During this co-op I received Continuous Improvement training and lead multiple projects from think tanks to the production line. Towards the middle of my co-op, my responsibilities shifted to that of a replacing a full time process engineer. Alliance was confident in my abilities, and allowed me to take on the responsibility of the Front Load Washer manufacturing line. Helping with Safety, Quality, and Throughput goals. Helping track all aspects of production, efficiency to process improvement. I had the pleasure of working hand in hand with Line Leaders as well as individual operators to seek positive solutions.
