Hey all, my name is Jordan. After graduating from the University of Montana with a degree in Business Management, I began my career in Human Resources at a health care management company. To further my education, I decided to take a break from my career to pursue a Masters of Public Administration (MPA). During my time in the MPA program, I have learned how to view issues from multiple perspectives to find opportunities for mutual gain and have become a more strategic thinker. While pursuing my MPA, I was able to pair it with a MBA where I have focused on deepening my understanding in organizational behavior. As a people person, I look forward to a vibrant career where I can challenge myself to create solutions for others and made my company a more engaging and positive place to work.
