I am the CEO of Live Luxe, a company that creates mid to high end accommodations throughout Melbourne for travellers, families, workers, and others alike. I started Live Luxe in June 2023 with a vision to craft unforgettable memories and moments for our guests, while providing exceptional and constant management for our property owners and managers. I am also pursuing a Bachelor of Design degree in Property at the University of Melbourne, where I am learning about the principles and practices of property development, valuation, and management.At Live Luxe, I lead a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality customer service and experience. We work with property owners and managers to transform their spaces into attractive and comfortable short stay options, offering a range of services and amenities to suit different needs and preferences. We also look after our guests, ensuring that they have a smooth and enjoyable stay, and that they leave with positive feedback and referrals. Some of the skills that I use and develop in this role are customer service, team leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving. I am motivated by the opportunity to create value and impact for both our owners and guests, and to contribute to the growth and success of Live Luxe. I believe that I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have a background in sales and customer contact, and a keen interest in property design and development.
