Responsible for full recruitment life-cycle including developing creative methods of networking and sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing, drafting contracts and other new-hire paperwork and on-boarding. Development of positive relationships with various clients and candidates. Coaching and development of existing staff.

• Individually responsible for the recruiting and management of one 50+ contractor client and one 100+ contractor client. • Sourced candidates through internal database, Internet searches, unemployment site, job fairs, job boards and referrals. • Screened applicants and conducted personal interviews, skills tests, and final lockdowns. • Completed reference checks with past employers to confirm accuracy of applicants’ resumes.• Worked alongside human resources in guiding contractors through pre-employment paperwork, benefits, and answering common questions. • Worked with hiring managers and staff members to coordinate starting dates and orientation.• Ended assignments for contractors who did not meet performance expectations, and conducted exit interviews to help uncover any issues. • Worked with hiring managers to define job requirements, outline job postings, and develop new sourcing strategies.
