I took great pride in my position while working as a Lifeguard for Cincinnati Pool Management. I found multiple instances where patrons commended me on how I handled a situation or task with efficiency and friendliness. If a problem arose, me and my team would use teamwork and collaboration skills to find the most efficient solution. I was able to keep 150+ patrons safe per shift and had multiple jump-in saves on patrons.
