I work as a Graphic Artist, CustomeR Support, Technical Support, and Production Staff in a Printing Business for 7 years.As a Graphic Artist, I create visual concepts using computer software like Adobe Photoshop, communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. I develop the overall layout and production design for applications such as advertisements, brochures, invitations, t-shirts, personalized items, tarpaulin, and reports.Customer Service is also part of my job. I help customers with complaints and questions, give them information about our products and services, communicate through skype, email, and facebook, take orders, and process returns.I also work as a Technical Support that manages, maintains, and repairs IT systems. My responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing faults, resolving network issues, and installing and configuring hardware and software.I was assigned to the Production Area as a Production Staff for operating Tarpaulin Printing Machine and preparing items for distribution. My other responsibilities involve checking products, ensuring all equipment or machinery runs smoothly.
