 Serve as execution support for the Near Space Network (NSN) project manager, proactively supporting the rhythms of the office, anticipating needs, and offering guidance to meet and exceed stakeholder expectations. Led the NSN continuous risk management process by conducting risk working groups and the risk management board, supporting the development of risks and issues with the team, preparing concise overview charts for project management and stakeholders, and maintaining the risk management database. Administered 8 quarterly internal pulse polls influenced by project staff morale and implemented 15+ action plan items based on feedback from the polls. Serves as execution for the action items on behalf of the project management. Wrote 40+ email digests since July 2021 disseminating important information to the project staff on an as needed basis and created a concise newsletter template. Created, prepared, and tested an educational activity about the NSN Direct-to-Earth ground stations at a local science center and the GSFC Visitor Center. Created coloring sheets and crossword puzzle as supplementary educational material.
