Working within 2 man blockage team, setting up sites under chapter 8 NRSWA, ensuring plans are current and accurate, practicing safe digging practices, Cat&Genny/mark out, RAMS, completing blockage work on VM network, rodding & roping, cable pulling, no vis Ts, plant operation

Arranging visits with customer, connecting customers properties to BT DSLAMs and PCP on behalf of customers ISP. Each customer is assigned a Copper exchange and distribution port identified by the use of CPI tones, use of jumper wire to connect exchange to distribution, circuit testing on BT network (ring backs, continuity testing), fault finding when required, liaising with 2nd line

Arrange a installation of the services into the customers property, ensuring that all customers are seen in a timely manor, agreeing cabling routes with customer, maintaining stock levels of consumables, sending invoices to HR, Fire sealing, hitting KPI targets such as productivity, engagement and customer satisfaction.
