Developing a CRM system to take care for most of the company needs (Internet provider with computer service, web hosting solutions and online store ). Including Internet providing management ( customers connection monitoring, complete history for problems, solutions etc. ), along with the CRM, building and maintaining web hosting servers ( providing website building solutions with every hosting plan ). The same goes with the tools for running the computer service ( ticketing system with many features for warranty management, repairs chronology etc.).
