At Advanced Resources, I was responsible for the design and engineering of new products relating to the automotive market. I utilized Autodesk Inventor as an aid to design and dimension ideas that may save the automotive enthusiast money and time while performing restoration, engine swaps, and basic maintenance to vehicles. I also built prototypes in-house using a lathe, Bridgeport, MIG and TIG welder, and other machining tools.

As a Mechanical Maintenance Manager I am responsible for coordinating maintenance work on 84" Pickle Line. On a daily basis, I direct the work of union represented mechanical craft personnel responsible for maintaining operating equipment through safe, productive maintenance programs. I must resolve equipment malfunctions on an emergency breakdown and planned repair turn basis. I make decisions on breakdowns that most efficiently resolve the problem in a safe manner without sacrificing the most production time. In addition to supervising personnel, I maintain spares inventory, coordinate with vendors, and plan outages. Proficient in engineering drawings, mechanical drives, hydraulic and steam systems, pumps, shears, and industrial safety.

At SES, I was responsible for rebuilds of machinery and devices related to the steel industry. CAD design, Reverse engineering, and quoting was performed on a daily basis.
