- Director of Client Services - Marketing Manager- Operations Manager

- Administrative support to the SVP Region Managers of Marin and Sacramento North Valley Regions- Additional support provided to the Marketing and Sales Team for the Northern California Division- Create and submit weekly reports for Regional Managers: includes Division Campaign results, Loan Pipeline update, invoice processing and expense reimbursements, Special Event updates, Monthly Volunteer Report, and staffing updates.- Coordinator for Bank sponsored events including: Junior Achievement, Mill Valley Film Festival, Marin Human Race, Heart of Marin Awards and the American Heart Association’s Heart Walk & Fundraiser- Volunteer Coordinator; Educate and provide opportunities for employees to participate in community involvement activities such as the Junior Achievement Program, Operation Hope and the Marin Human Race throughout Marin, Sonoma, Solano and Alameda Counties- Project Leader for “VolunteerMatch.com”, a website to track volunteer opportunities and hours contributed, crucial to employee year end reviews- Point person for branch staff to order all branded materials, promotional items and advertising- Customer service and clerical duties as needed
