Before its acquisition by Innovaccer, Cured had spent a decade partnering with some of the largest and most prominent organizations in healthcare to drive the adoption of new technologies and strategies. My responsibilities included leading the Customer Success and Delivery organization, providing services and product success to roughly half of Cured's book of business.

Spanning payers, providers, and Pharmaceutical Life Science sectors, the Strategic Technologies group works to transform businesses using the latest technology.Leading Health Services Company- Developed product strategy, roadmap, and implementation plan surrounding population health services and foundational principles for preventative care management services. Delivered the implementation of the platform to enable agents and healthcare professionals to manage member and patient workflows.PwC's Health Research Institute (HRI)- Selected for a competitive internal rotation with PwC's Health Research Institute (HRI), a healthcare policy & trend analysis thinktank that completes market and industry research related to top health issues. Responsible for primary (raw) survey analysis, data cleansing & stewardship (Alteryx), data visualization (Tableau), as well as editorial drafting and publishing. - Developed and executed IT / CRM implementation roadmap for healthcare company divestiture. Consolidated business processes and technical debt across disparate geographic business units.

Fortune 500 Global Pharmaceutical- Conducted functional and technical requirements gathering to scale a local oncological patient resource repository into a national, brand recognized service. Developed product roadmap and systems integration strategy prioritized with other organization initiatives and objectives. Fortune 500 Provider & Life Sciences Company- Implemented a comprehensive CLM system to account for over forty different types of vendor and physician agreements spanning six geographic regions in the United States. - Developed an integrated a Fair Market Valuation (FMV) tool to provide regulatory compliance-required audit trails and contract benchmarking for in-network physicians and specialists based on fee structure, location, specialty, and a variety of other inputs. Increased transparency and reporting for contract offers that fell outside given percentiles, outperforming regulatory standards.Leading National Payer- Implemented a transformational service operating model and platform that integrated efforts between back, middle, and front office personnel and activities. Implemented system call flows that integrated with a variety of different systems to establish a centralized repository of contextually relevant information for any given member, employee, or provider requesting service.

Mission: To cultivate an environment that fosters innovation and entrepreneurship in the Greater Los Angeles area and provide specific, consultative and financial support to organizations and individuals engaged in the startup ecosystem. Responsibilities:• Directly oversee operations of the University of Southern California Blackstone LaunchPad organization • Develop and maintain external relationships to support student groups including Spark, Lavalab, 3D4E, CoCa, and others, in various capacities

Mission: To provide meaningful, hands on experience for students of all ages, educational backgrounds, and life paths and opportunities to get involved with the additive manufacturing and maker industry.Responsibilities:• Govern over the national organization and network of member chapters between partner universities and institutions; coordinate between seven member chapters in the continental United States with over 400 active members and student reach in excess of 200,000• Manage upkeep of external relations with program sponsors and donors as well as establish and maintain 501(c)3 national non-profit status in accordance with all legal and regulatory proceedings• Directly oversee operations of the University of Southern California chapter including project management for different teams and initiatives including Operation Freehand, Scale Campus Model, and other flagship teams• Manage the locale and national budgets and disbursements between member chapters

Mission: To connect prospective high school students with the organizations, classes, and experiences at University of Southern California's Viterbi School of Engineering; provide contextual and relevant information for students to evaluate their fit at USC while the engage in the college decision process.Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain a high profile online presence across various channels and mediums. Create contextually relevant content showcasing the experiences of typical Viterbi students within the realm of research, extracurricular activities, community events, organizations and clubs, as well as career opportunities. • Plan and execute on campus events for prospective students including lab tours, research seminars, professor interviews, and others.
