Subdivisions vary in terms of scope and size, including greenfields, brownfields and body corporate developments from 2 lots to 60+, in residential and industrial settings.- Creation and lodgment of Planning Permit applications.- Consultation with authorities including Councils, Water Authorities, DoT, NBN, Powercor and AusNet.- Coordination of external consultants involved in the project including Bushfire Consultants, Vegetation Consultants and Surveyors.- Detailed design of gravity and pressure sewer mains, drainage infrastructure, water mains, common properties and urban roads.- Drafting of subdivision layout proposals and computation of lots.- Creation of Stormwater Management Plans, including Water Sensitive Urban Design treatment node design and stormwater detention system design (basins, tanks, wetlands etc).- Drafting of engineering plans for authority approval.- Contract administation including issuing payment claims.- Project auditing and inspections.
